Dr. Awua is the future of modern dentistry and patient care in Africa. Period. First, I got his contact information from a friend. Next, I scheduled an appointment. Within less than a day, Dr. Awua himself called to speak with me and get an appreciation of the issue. Twobdays to my sheduled appointment, his Admin called to check on me and to remind me of the appointment.I was experiencing several headaches and major discomfort with a tooth. Dr. Awua determined that it was a decaying tooth, and instead of extracting it, he could save it. And he performed his magic.Dr. Awua literally saved my life. I recommend him - any day to anyone. I brought my elderly father in to see the Smile Doctor (after he cracked a tooth), and I did not regret it. Dr Awua and his team greeted us with bright smiles and were super kind and patient with us. Dr Awua in particular, was jovial and incredibly compassionate. He took the time to explain every step of the examination and treatment, in simple terms, and shot our anxiety right out the window. Even better was how he suggested solutions for saving and reconstructing the tooth in order to maintain the old man's smile.It's rare to find a healthcare professional who combines expertise with such a warm and caring attitude.
