In an attempt to change the narrative of people visiting the dentist only when they are in pain, I went on a mission to increase dental awareness in Ghana. I went to schools, corporate institutions, television stations, and radio stations to talk about oral health care. As part of my social responsibilities, I write in the Daybreak newspaper, a Ghanaian newspaper, every other Thursday, and I am also a guest on the health series titled “W’apomuden nti” on HSTV, a Ghanaian TV station, every other Thursday to talk about common oral diseases that affect individuals.
